Vinyls: A lot of them use icons from NFSUG2. They are in final game, but let's say they are 'hidden'. Performance: Street and Super Street Package. What about that star? Player's reputation (cut feature, see below in 'Career') would also use the cars tuning like NFSUG2? I either did something wrong, the debug was removed or it's necessary edit something else to work.
